（2）采用托收方式時的支付條款：
a．“買方憑賣方開具的即期跟單匯票，于見票時立即付款，付款后交單?！?br>upon first presentation the buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the sellers at sight． the shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only．
b．“買方憑賣方開具的跟單匯票，于見票日后××天付款，付款后交單。”
the buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the sellers at ×× days\’ sight，the shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only．
c．“買方對賣方開具的見票后××天付款的跟單匯票，于提示時承兌，并于匯票到期日即予付款，承兌后交單。”
the buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at ×× days\’ sight upon first presentation and make payment on it\’s maturity． the shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance after it has been made．
